Pluto’s Return: A Dream Song for Our Time
As Pluto turns direct in Aquarius, we’re being called to live our truth out loud—and let destiny meet us halfway.
🌑 The Descent: Pluto’s Retrograde and the Soul’s Excavation
There are moments when the Universe holds up a mirror so ancient and clear that it shows us both who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.
For the past several months, as Pluto has been retrograde, it’s been asking us to descend—to go beneath the surface of our stories. To unearth what has long been buried in the dark soil of our soul.
Pluto, the planet of death, rebirth, and transformation, invites us to tell ourselves the truth—the kind that strips away illusion and brings us face to face with what’s real.
When retrograde, Pluto acts like the Great Psychologist of the Cosmos, guiding us into the underworld of our patterns, power, and purpose. We’ve been asked to sit with our shadows, to remember our essence, and to reorient our lives toward integrity and truth.
💬 Pluto asks: What truth are you ready to live, no matter how uncomfortable?
🌬️ The Ascent: Pluto Direct in Aquarius
And now, the tide shifts.
Pluto stations direct in Aquarius, and we are collectively being asked to rise.
Aquarius is the visionary—the innovator, the architect of the future. When Pluto turns direct in this air sign, it’s as if the universe whispers:
✨ “Bring your truth into the future. Make it medicine for the world.”
This is a moment to step forward with what we’ve learned. To integrate the wisdom of our descent. To move toward what’s calling, not clinging to what’s collapsing.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about power—soulful power—anchored in awareness, authenticity, and alignment.
🕊️ A Message from the Past: Rediscovering My “Dream Song”
A few nights ago, as I was clearing old papers (a very Pluto-in-retrograde activity!), I stumbled upon something sacred:
A poem I wrote in high school, published in my senior yearbook, titled “Dream Song.”
When I read it again, I was stunned. Somehow, my younger self already knew what my older self would one day remember: that our soul’s truth is timeless.
✍️ Dream Song
(High School Yearbook, 1990)
Fly, seagull, fly,
through the clouds and over the beaches,
where there is no suffering.
Destiny calls, meets you halfway.
Salt, fish, and dreams left behind.
Fly, seagull, fly,
through the clouds and over the beaches,
watching the world below.
Observe, learn, understand, not forget.
Ignore the bullets, pollution, and storms.
Sing your dream song, achieve your goal.
Destiny calls, doesn’t let go.
Never die, soar, don’t fly.
Reading it now, I realize the seagull was Pluto’s messenger all along—calling me to rise above the noise and remember that destiny always meets us halfway when we dare to move forward.
Even then, my soul understood that the world below would always be in flux—chaos, conflict, change—but that our higher song must remain.
Despite the bullets and pollution—whether literal or energetic—we must sing our Dream Song and keep our hearts oriented toward the light.
🌟 Pluto’s Gift: The Courage to Soar
Today, as Pluto goes direct, that same message reverberates through the cosmos and our collective consciousness:
💫 It’s time to soar.
It’s time to embody the truth we’ve excavated.
It’s time to create a future that reflects the highest notes of our Dream Song.
Because destiny doesn’t let go.
It waits patiently for us to rise.
🪞 Reflection for You
Ask yourself today:
*What truth has resurfaced during Pluto’s retrograde?
*How are you ready to live it out loud as Pluto moves direct in Aquarius?
*What is your Dream Song—the one that will guide you toward your healed and luminous future?
✨ The Universe is always in conversation with you.
Sometimes through planets.
Sometimes through poetry.
Always through your soul.
